Payment Terms

Harry & William LTD.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. 

The remaining balance must be settled on or before the first date of the booking.
For short stays of less than 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions, Harry’s Home Boarding reserves the right to withdraw from any previously agreed arrangements, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations

If you notify us of a cancellation 14 days before the start of the booking period, all fees will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit, or can be held over for future bookings.
Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before the booking start date will incur a charge of 50% of the service fees.
For any bookings cancelled within 48 hours, the full payment will be required.

Boarding Policy

At Harry’s Home Boarding, we do not accept aggressive dogs and rely on owners to be fully honest about their dog’s behaviour. We are unable to accommodate entire males or females in season for overlapping stays.

We only accept neutered males and female dogs that are at least two weeks past the end of their season. This is to protect the comfort, welfare, and safety of all dogs in our small, home-based environment, as any remaining scent can cause stress and disruption.

Privacy Policy

All of your information will be kept private and confidential.
At Harry’s Home Boarding, we greatly respect the trust our clients place in us when it comes to the care of their pets.
All records will be stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

Insurance

Harry’s Home Boarding holds valid insurance, including public liability insurance, to ensure peace of mind for our clients.
We recommend that you consider purchasing your own separate pet insurance.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DOG HAS BEEN TO THE TOILET BEFORE ARRIVAL. ANY ACCIDENTS REQUIRE A FULL ENZYME CLEAN FOR HYGIENE, INFECTION CONTROL, AND TO PREVENT OTHER DOGS FROM MARKING.
